You are entitled to access, amend or delete the personal information we hold about you as well as data portability.  CJ consulting does not use any form of automated decision making.  All requests or queries relating to your personal information should be emailed to Caroline James at CJ consutling using the email address info@cjconsulting.online and we will respond within the legally required time limit.  You also have the right to object and restrict processing.  If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing or research purposes, you also may change your mind at any time.  If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible and we will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist in operating this website, conducting our business or servicing you.  Personal information is kept by us for as long as considered necessary for the purpose it was collected including any applicable law or regulation.  We retain personal information for a period of 12 months unless you have asked us to delete it sooner.  Should you enter into a contract with us, we retain your personal information for a period of 6 years for contracts signed under hand and 12 years for contracts signed under seal in order to comply with legal requirements.
